My name is Esra and I work as a Professional and Licensed Tour Guide in Istanbul,Turkey.My license is officially approved by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkish Republic and I'm a member of the Istanbul Chamber og Guides. I provide my services in English language.I was born and raised in Istanbul so it is an advantage for me; I guide in my home city which I know like the back of my hand (nevertheless I have a national licence and I can perform my profession anywhere in Turkey).

I have two majors: one in Sociology and the other in Tour Guidance.

My family has also been in tourism business for many years so I've had the chance to observe a lot about the essentials of Hospitality ever since my childhood.

I'm a free-lance working guide.I have connections with some local agencies and I give them my services from time to time but basically I work alone. My tours take place mainly around the touristic sights but for different tastes I can prepare custom-made tours upon request (where the focus is on food,shopping or daily life).
